Townehouses of Amherst

Hi! I am planning to study abroad this spring and looking for a sublet for the Spring ‘26 semester and if you want winter/summer as well. It is a unit at the townhouses, it’s a private room and the biggest one in the apartment and has a built in AC!... Big enough to share if you and a friend want to split it! It is a one and a half bath and has a spacious living room and kitchen with dish washer. There is also a patio outdoor area with furniture that faces the gated courtyard. There is laundry in the complex and the pvta bus stop right in front of the apartment buildings and is about a 5 minute drive and 30 minute walk from campus and close to the Hadley shopping centers too. There is parking included as well right outside of the unit! The house and room is fully furnished and feel free to use any appliances or utensils in the kitchen! I can also move out my furniture if you want to bring your own. Two other nice girls live in the apartment, they are juniors and super clean and respectful! I am currently paying $935 for rent but I am very willing to negotiate this price!
