The Boulders Single Unit Available

I have a renovated apartment in The Boulders in Amherst. I am looking for a new roommate to move in to a two bedroom apartment starting in June. The apartment has a renovated kitchen. There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/stove, and a microwave.... There is only carpet in the bedrooms the rest is wood. The living room has an AC unit for the summer. There is panel heating for the winter (heat is included in rent).

The rent would be around $1075 a month per person.
