Fully Furnished Gorgeous Country Home 4BDR on 5 acres

Haydenville/W.Whately Farmhouse

Fully Furnished Gorgeous Updated 4 Bedroom Farmhouse on Haydenville/West Whately Border for Academic Year long rental Sep-May/June. Equipped with all furnishings, nice bedding (2 of 4 of the mattresses are Organic)...
nice kitchenware etc..

20 min drive to Umass Amherst

We are looking for a family or mature professional individuals or Graduate Students who are incredibly responsible, clean, and who will love and care for our home as though it was your own. The house sits on 5 acres on the Haydenville/West Whately border. Gorgeous land, fruit trees, a screened in porch, Open kitchen/living room, and back deck and Grill.

Downstairs you will walk into an open concept kitchen living/dining room with a wood stove. It's the best room in the house and is very conducive to cooking and hanging with friends and family at the same time. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and upstairs there are two more bedrooms and an open walk-through office and lofted yoga space with exercise bike. There is a downstairs bathroom with a shower and a washer and dryer, and an upstairs bathroom with a shower and tub.

The downstairs and upstairs feel very separate from one another. There is a door at the top of the stairs that closes beyond the loft (allowing for greater sense of privacy for the whole upstairs space including the office/den, bathroom and two bedrooms). We have lived with housemates upstairs who often feel they have their own large apartment, so the house is well suited for this kind of situation as well.

The house is an 8 min drive to Florence, 13 min drive to Smith College in downtown Northampton, 10 mins to the Co-op and 20 mins to UMass Amherst.
