I have recently moved into a lovely home in South Hadley, on Lathrop St,. and I need a housemate. It is only about 2 mi from South Hadley Center, and lots of other things are... close ---like shopping, hiking, and swimming.
The house has a lot of space for two people with several large rooms so that housemates can have private space, i.e. sunroom, living room, dining room, outside deck. There are heat pumps in each room, including the bedroom for rent, so you have your own thermostat. The heat pumps provide heat and A/C . The house has really nice amenities, like french doors, a fireplace mantle, and a large back yard. There are two full baths. The bedroom is 12.5’ X 16.6’, and it has two good-sized closets.
