Summer sublet in downtown Northampton (right next to Smith College)
It is a spacious and cozy room in a cute, clean and renovated apartment, located in a big complex in downtown Northampton. Main street with restaurants and bars, and major grocery stories are walking distance (less than 10 mins). There are laundry... room and storage space in the basement in the complex. Staircases (back and front) leading to the apartment are cleaned by stuff regularly. The room that is subletted has its own entrance from the front of the building. The shared spaces are the bathroom, kitchen and dining room, as can be seen in the photos. There is also a really nice porch facing the yard that is shared by the residents of the building. The room is fully equipped with furniture including a full-size bed, TV, monitor, closet space and a fan on the ceiling. All furniture that is seen in the photos will be available for use. Utilities, i.e., electricity, heat and Internet, are usually no more than ~$50 per month, which is to be added to monthly rent depending on bills/duration of stay. We prefer grad students, postdocs, faculty or people living in the area, but tidy and responsible undergraduates are welcome too!
