Spring Sublet - Bright, unfurnished room near Smith College and Downtown NoHo

Unfurnished room in a spacious apartment near Smith College and downtown Northampton. Temporary sublet available any time between February 1 – May 31. Women only.

LOCATION: Great Northampton location right outside Smith College. About a 20 minute... walk to downtown, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and bike paths.

YOUR ROOM: Unfurnished private bedroom with good natural light and enough space for a bed, dresser, and desk. You’ll have full access to shared common areas, which are partially furnished.

THE PLACE: Four bedroom, one bathroom apartment shared with two other roommates, one male and one female. Common areas are comfortable and partially furnished. Coin operated laundry is available in the basement. Parking is available behind the building as well as on the street.

AVAILABLE: February 1 OR March 1 through May 31.

LENGTH OF STAY: Temporary sublet, approximately three to four months.

RENT: $1000 per month. Utilities not included.

PARKING: Available behind the building and on the street.
