Sugarloaf

The apartment is mainly furnished with my own furniture. There is a small gym space and pool with passcode locks. The bus station is in one of the parking lots. Heat and wifi is included in the lease. Heat is controlled by the Nest app. There is a... washer and dryer in unit, but there is also community washer and dryers in the unit next door which you do have to pay for to use. There is a dog park near the apartment and the garbage is outside across the parking lot. All the appliances work well.
