I am subletting my entire spacious 1B1B apartment at Riverside Apartments for July and August 2025!

The apartment is conveniently located in North Amherst, right behind the Riverside Shops. It features a large open floor plan, plenty of closet... space—including a walk-in closet in the bedroom—central heating and A/C, a spacious community yard, and it’s right next to the Mill River Recreation Area and the Mill District.

I’m very flexible with move-in and move-out dates, rent, included utilities, and furniture if needed.
