Hello! I'm looking for someone to renew my lease with by the end of May (move in sooner if you want). It's a lovely 2-bedroom cottage in North Amherst - immaculate vibes including a private back porch, a huge fireplace, and our own front yard.
Rent... is $1,050 (flexible) for your bedroom. Total rent is $2,250, but I pay more for slightly bigger room and my dog.
Laundry is located in the building at the top of our driveway. There's one washer/dryer for the property and it's FREE 🙂
I take full responsibility for my dog Mochi, she's crated at night and whenever I'm not around. She doesn't do well with other pets unfortunately :( Please message me if you have any questions about living with her!
Lastly, a little about myself - I'm 24. Recently graduated, working at UMass Transit as a department supervisor. I'm pretty busy but try to spend evenings at home for Mochi. I'm AFAB non-binary, autistic & have adhd and would love to find someone similar. Big fan of direct and effective communication. I'd say I'm clean, but not necessarily organized and I prefer we stay on top of routine chores like taking out the trash, cleaning the bathroom, etc. as well as cleaning up after cooking or by the end of the day.
