Sugarloaf Estates

"The amenities at Sugarloaf Estates are second to none, featuring a resort style pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, volleyball and basketball courts, hammock gardens, picnic areas, dog park, and laundry facilities in each building of our... pet-friendly community. Our beautifully upgraded kitchens come fully equipped with full-sized appliances, large closets with organizers and additional storage on site. With 24-hour emergency maintenance, professional management staff, and free heat, hot water, and high-speed internet, we aim to make Sugarloaf Estates the ultimate living experience!"

The common spaces of the apartment are furnished with couches, a TV, breakfast barstools, and a dining table. The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware as well. You will basically only need to bring personal items for your bedroom. There is a dishwasher, AC, and in unit laundry. The kitchen and bathroom was updated February 2024 since these pictures were taken.

I have a very sweet and friendly 5 year old female cat. She loves people and making friends. She has previously lived with another cat, but prefers to be separate from my family's dogs.
