3 fully furnished bedrooms on the 2nd floor
Shared lounge with comfortable seating and TV (for personal streaming use; no cable service provided)
Shared bathroom
Hardwood floors and natural light
Individual heat and cooling in each room
Refrigerator and microwave provided; light cooking allowed with small appliances (no full kitchen)
Owner lives on-site in a separate area with a separate entrance

9-month academic-year lease (September 2026 – May 2027)
