Fieldstone Apartments - Summer Lease Takeover!

I'm looking for someone to take over my occupancy at Fieldstone Apartments in Amherst from June-July (summer sublets).

About the apartment:

It is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment on the forth floor. You will be taking over my bedroom that... comes with a personal bathroom. There is a shared living room, dining room, kitchen and in-unit laundry. The kitchen has newer appliances including a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.
There is a parking lot but you need to apply for a parking pass through the building. The bus stop is a short 5-minute walk from the apartment building. It is also approximately 5 minute walk to Isenberg and 10 minutes from the campus center.

You will be living with two female undergraduate students and there will be another new roommate moving in later in the summer.

You will have to undergo a background check and provide solid proof of income with your application. You would be taking over the remaining two months of my lease from the time you move in with the option to renew your lease for another year. The rent is $1557/month. Pets are not welcome unless you have an ESP form.

Hot water, heat, Wi-Fi, and electricity are all included with the monthly rent.
