Share our home. No kitchen privileges. Use of bedroom, bathroom and laundry only. No cooking in the room due to fire hazard. Private entrance to room, shared bathroom. Married couple in mid 60s looking to rent to one person, a first floor bedroom... with high ceiling and three closets, to a responsible person who we can trust in our home. All utilities included. Off street parking and free wireless internet included. Cleaning service for bathroom provided, no chores required. Not on a bus route, you need a car. Tenancy at will. First and last months rent and security deposit required, no smoking or pets. We require three references. We are a nice quiet household, a great drama free place to live and focus on your school work. Please do not apply without an in-person interview. When we say "no cooking" in the room, We Really Mean It.
