Hey everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for the upcoming Spring 2026 semester (starting January) at Fieldstone Slate. I'm going abroad, so this is a direct... lease takeover – you'd sign a new contract with Fieldstone Slate, not me.
Details:
Rent: $1603/month and it's all-inclusive! Utilities and WiFi are covered, which is a huge plus.
Layout: It's a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom apartment, meaning everyone gets their own private bedroom AND private bathroom.
Location: Fieldstone Slate is right on campus. No need for a car or worrying about buses, which is super convenient, especially in the winter.
What's included in the apartment:Comes fully furnished (beds, desk, common area furniture, etc.) so you don't have to worry about buying furniture.
