Boulders Apartments - Looking for 1-2 roommates for bedroom/living room

Looking for 1 roommate to occupy a bedroom in a 2BR at Boulders, or 2 people to occupy the BR+living room. It's a renovated unit, so there's stainless steel appliances and new cabinets and countertop. Current roommate is moving out, 8/15 at the... latest and the living room is currently vacant. The rent will be $2200 for the whole unit.

Looking for someone who's quiet and respectful of others, I'll do the same for you. I prefer someone who keeps the common areas clean.

Has fitness center, utilities are electricity (<=$100 total), sewage ($5 total) and internet ($43 total).
