290 N Pleasant St Looking for third roommate
We have a free spot in our downtown house, right next to the bars. It’s an amazing location — super central, and only a five-minute walk to campus. There’s also a bus stop right in front of the house... .
We’re looking for someone to move in starting in June. You’d be living with two graduate students. We’re easygoing and keep the place clean. The house has three bedrooms, one full bathroom, and another half bathroom. There’s also a patio, garden, and a parking spot available.
Rent is $800 + utilities (usually around $100/month).
