The bedroom is on the first floor,... attached to dining room. It has a closet and the current tenant will be leaving behind a bed and possibly other furniture.

Utilities are split four ways, so individually it's 40 - 90 for electric and internet, and oil tank refills are done as needed at about 100-125 individually (monthly in the winter, then two tanks last most of spring and summer).
