Great place for family, 15 minutes from campus

A beautiful, well-maintained apartment (part of a two-family house) is available! Enjoy the benefits of being nearby Amherst, Northampton, and South Hadley centers while enjoying the secluded, private house surrounded by nature in a quiet cul-de-sac.... It is close to towns but also to the woods and trails, for a perfect out-of-town sanctuary. The apartment is flat inside. Large windows in the living room let plenty of light in, and nice breezes when the weather is good. Larger bedroom with plenty of closet space. Smaller bedroom is great for a kid or an office! A third room is an office or additional living space. Fully equipped with amenities for your comfort: Washer, Dryer, and Dishwasher.
The place is perfect for a young couple or a small family who are studying or working in the 4-colleges area. Super close to Mt Holyoke College, and a short driving distance to UMass, Smith and Amherst College. Also located very close to the 38 bus route. No pets and no smoking please.
Considerations will be given based on: paystubs, employment status, no-smoking no-pets credit-check.
