For the last decade, my North Amherst home has served as an academic shared living space for graduate students and post-docs, most of whom earned their Master’s and/or Doctorate while living here.

I have three bedrooms available for rent... individually—a bedroom suite with private bath and 2 bedrooms with a shared bath. Located just 1.8 miles north of campus and a short walk to the PVTA bus route 33 and The Mill District, my home is a safe, healthy, quiet environment. It is situated on four secluded, gently rolling acres, backs up to preserved land, and links to several walking trails.

Rent includes central air conditioning, heat, electric, water, trash pickup, hi-speed internet/wi-fi, parking, snow clearing, and use of on-site commercial-sized washer & dryer and treadmill with internet-connected monitor. A large common area is shared with two academic housemates. This area has wood-plank flooring throughout and consists of a living room with new furnishings as well as a spacious, "turn-key," modern kitchen with granite countertops, lots of cabinetry, refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, cookware, glasses, flatware, etc.
