Convenient, quiet one bedroom apartment-- Amherst Center-- $1200
This is a small three-room apartment in a 150-year-old house; it is a quirkly and modest apartment--definitely not "cookie cutter". It's suitable for one grad student or a beginning professional. There are three separate rooms--kitchen, living room,... bedroom and one bathroom. It is unfurnished.
It is easy walk ore bike to UMass and on the busline-- one and a half blocks. Ten minutes walk into town. It is a quiet house in quiet neighborhood.
We live and work there so are looking for a considerate person who wants a quiet area.
We pay for the hot water. Tenant pays heat (electric), electricity, internet. A cat is a possiblity.
This apartment will be available beginning May 1.
Please email with information about who would be living there, when you need the apartment and for how long. Where you are working or what you studying. Have you lived in an apartment previously? Do you have references?
