Pet-free and smoke-free roommate needed for 21 year old woman with moderate disabilities. She has hired-help come in to assist with ADLs (activities of daily living) as she learns her maximum level of independence.

A unique situation exists for a... single female roommate who either earns free lodging and gets paid up to an additional $200/week for supporting some unassigned ADLs OR moves-in at low rate with utilities included to model roommate ettiquette without any other support role.
