A great spot to be! Just a 5-minute drive or a 10-minute walk to both downtown Amherst and the UMass campus. It’s super convenient whether you have a car or not—there’s a PVTA bus stop (Route 30) literally right outside the door that runs regularly... to campus and town.
The unit includes a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms—both rooms will be sublets this summer, so you’d be living with another subletter (female) in a quiet, clean space. My room, which is available, is spacious and features a huge walk-in closet and built-in shelving—plenty of storage for clothes and anything else you may need to store!

This is an ideal setup for students or anyone spending the summer in Amherst.
