This 2 family house is located on 1 1/4 acres of land in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Original house built around 1800 but has gone thru many upgrades and changes. The house was renovated after a fire 10 years ago. It is 11 miles to the UMASS... campus and 8 miles from Smith. The living room floor in the rental unit is 200 year old red pine flooring. The kitchen and bath have vinyl plank flooring and rest is wood laminate. Area rugs no carpeting. Small back porch with grill located off the rental kitchen area. Rental washer & dryer located in the basement. Heated with Rinnai thru the wall gas heaters the efficient on the market. You can set temp for the rooms individually. Big back yard with vegetable garden and fruit trees and in-ground pool. Will share the garden bounty. Pool use is by permission. No guest strictly enforced. We are an older couple so we are looking for renters that enjoy life but are not party animals. A 3rd person can be added as a renter with a small uncharge I will add pictures soon.
