Sunny, family-friendly 4BR walkable to schools, unis, and downtown

We are looking to rent this home to a family who can rent from early August 2025 through at least mid June 2026. Inquiries from groups of students will not receive a response.

Our bright and spacious historic home is conveniently located in a quiet...
residential neighborhood. Both Amherst College and UMass Amherst are walkable or easily bikeable (we have bikes available), as is downtown Amherst with shops, restaurants, cinema, farmer's market, library, museums, and other amenities. Two blocks away from the nearest bus stop.

Built in 1880 and extended in 2012, our home features a large living room, dining room and kitchen with a south-facing sun room that looks over the garden. The downstairs den is dedicated to Buster and Snowby, our two friendly and adorable lop-eared bunnies. They are jealous of their space and human attention, so no other pets will be welcome.

Upstairs are four bedrooms including a large master with attached bathroom and walk-in closet, built over a two-car attached garage - a precious winter commodity hard to find in the area! All major appliances including full-size washer and dryer and window air conditioning units.

The house is fully furnished, though one of the bedrooms is currently set up as an office. Master has a king bed, the other two bedrooms have queen beds. Two full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs.

We have two adorable bunnies, who are litterbox trained and live in a room downstairs. They are easy to take care of, fun to pet and play with, and really cute! We will reduce the monthly rental price slightly for renters willing to care for the bunnies. We will provide detailed instructions for bunny care and auto-delivery of their supplies will be set up ahead of time.
