Summer Sublet - 152 Logtown Road
I am subletting my room for the upcoming summer. The apartment is an upstairs unit with 4 rooms and 1 bathroom. All utilities are included in the $850/month rent and a new shower was just installed as well as a new dishwasher. All appliances work and... the washer/dryer is in the unit as well which also work well. The room I am subletting will not include furniture, however the rest of the house including kitchen and living room are furnished.
I am also able to potentially let you start the lease a week early if need be for most likely no extra cost I would just need to talk with you first.
