2-Bedroom apt in North Amherst with AC, 2-car parking, big TV for summer sublet (Jun-Jul-Aug)

This a very cute and cozy 2nd floor apartment in a 2-story house. The landlady only allows 2 people living here at a time, even for subletters.

It’s in North Amherst, close to the 116 intersection with Meadow St and close to the Recreation Area,...
House of Teriyaki, the Survival Center, Cumberland Farms, a post office, a pizza place, a barber’s, an international grocery store, and a laundromat. It’s also close to Puffer’s Pond, the Mill River Recreation Area, the Survival Center, and the Cowls road stores.

The house has a stove and a fridge and we’re trying to fix the dishwasher. You’re also welcome to use our microwave, kettle, and airfryer oven.
The bedroom has a queen bed with a great mattress and a chest of drawers. The living room has a big desk, a couch, a huge TV. The other bedroom has a small desk and some other pieces of furniture, but it can fit a mattress so that another person can use it to sleep. We have two comfortable air mattresses that you may use.

And we have two window AC units that we can install in whatever rooms you choose.

The lease will be $1550 during those months, and utilities are usually around $100-150. We’d also be happy to lend you our bikes! AND if you have car insurance (or are open to buying a non-car owner insurance), we’d be open to discuss letting you use our car.

There are cats in the pictures but they will not be at the house. Landlady may allow cats, but we’d have to run that by her, so we can’t guarantee it for now.
