We are all active outside the house and are seeking someone with a similarly active life. We are looking for someone who would like to connect with housemates and co-create a place that feels homey.
What’s to like: the people, water views, multiple hiking trails from the house, spacious pleasant room with very comfortable bed and a large closet. Living room, dining room, kitchen, front patio overlooking the water, and 2 bathrooms are shared space. Washer, dryer (new), dishwasher (also new) and other kitchen appliances. Off street parking. All utilities included in rent. Courteous, friendly, mellow household. LBGTQ+ friendly. No houses in sight. Two house cats who will gladly adopt you. Loving yeat old puppy.
Who lives here: The house is shared with 2 other students as well as the landlord (who works for one of the colleges). The house is a cheerful, nurturing home.
Other details: A car is essential. This listing is for 3 months June - August or 3.5 months mid-May - August. Housework is shared. We are seeking an individual, not a couple.
