Hi

My name is Janet. I am a 62-year-old author, yoga teacher, reiki master and a master of shamanic energy medicine. I am a traveler who comes and goes. I have two rooms that I am renting and I live here too - sometimes - I travel. I seek female... post-docs or professors for each of the two rooms. I am flexible as far as full academic year or Fall semester.

For example - At this point, I know I am away all of September but then may be back from October - December. I know I will be away March and April. Other things may be added.

The house is walking distance to UMASS and on a quiet, family dead-end street - in town. I am committed to the environment. We have solar power, compost, green cleaners and recycle. I have bikes.

I have one cat named Serafina to be cared for when I am traveling She comes and goes through her own pet door. She needs to be fed daily, litter changed and loved every day with a pet and interaction. Trash is put out Sundays.

I am happy to answer any questions. I usually do Air BNB and have hosted over 500 guests.

The right person is quiet, environmentally responsible, respectful and cleans up after themselves.
