My name is Janet. I am an author, yoga teacher, reiki master and a master of shamanic energy medicine. I am traveling February through May 1, 2025. I have two rooms that I am renting. One is already rented Feb-May from a female UMASS professor. ... I am seeking a female post-doc or professor to rent the other room from Jan/Feb/Mar - end of May. I will be traveling through April and may be in the house in May. The person can come as early as early January. I did not see a spot to put the dates so am putting them here.
The house is walking distance to UMASS and on a quiet, family dead-end street - in town. I am committed to the environment. We have solar power, compost, green cleaners and recycle. I have bikes.
I have one cat named Serafina to be cared for. She comes and goes through her own pet door. She needs to be fed daily and loved every day with a pet and interaction. Trash is put out Sundays.
The professor who already rented the room downstairs. Your room will be upstairs with a bath next door. So at night - you are in your own space and she is in hers. She is a wonderful person - has Air BNB'd at my home. We seek one other person for the upstairs room - a quiet, female professional. :)
