The seperate electricity bill usually hovers around $50. Honestly, I love this place. Straight shot from campus, very good amount of space for the price, all the ameneties you'd want, and utilities are included in the rent. And I just had them... renovate the kitchen and bathroom and install new washer and dryer units which make things so convenient. Still the cheapest rent I've heard amongst all my friends, just need someone to split it with. Everyone I've had come over has said it's a very comfortable space. The rent is $1150 a month when split, for a total of $2300. It's already sufficiently furnished with lamps, a dining table, a TV with an Xfinity streaming box, a coffee table with storage space, a TV stand with storage space, a couch, etc. Also my roommate is looking to leave their full-sized bed and dresser behind, so you can save money by getting those from him for cheap.
