The property has a combination kitchen / dining room, with ample counter and cabinet space for all your culinary endeavors. The large living room is a perfect setting for studying, small gatherings, and general relaxation. When it's time to step away, there is one private bedroom on the first floor, and four more bedrooms on the second floor.

We are seeking a 12 month lease that runs from early June to the end of May. The monthly rent of $3,750 includes water, sewer, trash, lawn care, and snow removal. Tenants are responsible for electricity, oil for radiant heat and hot water heater, and internet. The unit has a fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave in the kitchen. Washer and dryer are provided. Well cared for pets are allowed with additional rent for your furry friends ($50 per pet, per month). There are multiple off-street parking spots.

Screening Criteria: 1) Combined monthly income equal to or greater than 3X the rent ($11,250+). 2) Credit score of 600 or better. Scores between 525 and 600 require a co-signer. 3) No evictions, judgments, or bankruptcies. 4) Criminal background check will be performed, and offenses will be reviewed. 5) First, last, and security due prior to move in. Showings scheduled for serious candidates only as tenants are still present.
