Sugarloaf Estates

Trying to be proactive! I am looking for someone to take over my lease the end of December/ beginning of January in Sugarloaf estates. Rent is around $1200 a month with all utilites except for electric which is around $50 a month per person. It is... currently a shared space with a roommate that will be graduating in December from the accelerated nursing program at UMass. Common area furniture will be staying, with the possibility to buy my furniture. 2 pets allowed at an extra fee per complex policy. Lease ends in August 2026. Complex has a pool, dog park, and is in a very quiet area in Sunderland. Message me for more pics or if you are interested!
