Spruce Ridge Apartments

I'm an undergrad at UMass Amherst looking for preferably two female roommates to rent this beautiful three-floor apartment with me starting in late August/September. I currently rent the first-floor bedroom with a connected bath, but the two upstairs... bedrooms will be vacant at the end of August because my roommates are graduating. The first floor is just my bedroom and the laundry room with an in-unit washer and dryer. The second floor has the kitchen, the living room, and a half-bath. The third floor has both empty rooms and a lovely, shared bath. Additionally, there is a small lot outside with free parking. The complex itself is a 2-minute walk from 2 different PVTA bus stops or a 5-minute drive to campus.
