Comfortable furnished 850 square feet with 2 BR,... 1 BA, living room/dining room, recently renovated and well-equipped kitchen, large office with sliding doors to deck, backyard, private laundry and basement storage, hardwood floors throughout, garage and parking spot. Central heating and a/c. No pets.

First bedroom is 11'5" x 11'5" with queen-sized bed, bookshelf, and dresser.

Second bedroom is 10' x 7' with full-sized bed and dresser.

Bathroom has tub and shower.

At the end of a dead-end street, the cottage is private and peaceful, while easily accessible to UMass and all the amenities of town as well as the larger Five College community. Owners live next door.
