**SUMMER 2026** Room in Quiet Home - Minutes from Campus!

Hi! I'm a PhD student at UMass, and I have a wonderful, bright home in Sunderland. I have a room available for the summer, with possible extension. Dates are flexible.

Me: I'm a female in my 40's, quiet, clean, and friendly. I have returned to... graduate school after teaching high school chemistry for many years. I love hiking, biking, gardening and I have 2 sweet dogs who love people, but won't bother you if you're not interested in dogs.

You: A graduate student, responsible undergraduate, or faculty looking for a nice place to live! You're clean, friendly, respectful, and don't smoke. You are independent, but are sociable too. Bonus if you love dogs.

The House: This beautiful newly remodeled split ranch with huge windows and a lot of light is only seven minutes from campus on the Sunderland/Amherst line. The road is very private and quiet, and there's tons of room to garden! The downstairs area has two carpeted bedrooms, walk in closet, it's own full bathroom and private entrances for each room. One room is already rented to a male graduate student.
