To be rented furnished and can also be equipped with cookware/dishes/sheets/towels/etc.
Pet friendly. Small fenced area of yard on 6 mostly wooded acres with lots of wildlife. Beautiful woodland trail directly across the road. Small neighborhood for walking on side road with friendly neighbors; walking distance to public library. Friendly and responsive landlord.
Rent: $1650/month, incl. internet, electric, garbage removal, well water (not on town sewer), snow removal. Oil heating extra. Start/end dates from Jan. 1 to Aug. 15, 2026.
