Apartment for rent in Sugarloaf Estates-- lease takeover with option to renew
Looking for two people to take over my lease in Sugarloaf Estates. We are looking to move mid February, so the place would be available starting March 1st, pending our approval for the new place. Lease goes until 7/19/26, with the option to renew... another year. Rent will increase by ~$100/mo. for the new term.
Simpler 2-bedroom unit in Sugarloaf estates. My unit's kitchen does not look like the one advertised on their website, but is just as good. No in-unit washer-dryer, but you can probably request the upgrade, as they have been going through and updating the building. Rent listed is the price for the entire unit. $100 fee to apply per person, and each will be put towards the $500 takeover fee. We can discuss distribution of this fee. You will also need to pay us $1230 for the security deposit.
The unit is steps from the bus stop for route 31, which takes you to campus in ~15-20 minutes. You can literally can see the bus from the living room window.
Unit has an updated kitchen, but does not have a breakfast bar, the sink faces the window, the fridge is next to the oven and the dishwasher is where the fridge is in the website photos.
The unit is pretty spacious, enough room in the living room for a couch and loveseat. The bedrooms are good sizes too. Bedroom can fit a queen sized bed, dresser, and desk comfortably. Closet comes with shelving/hanging units, but these can be removed pretty easily if need be.
The bathroom comes with a very large mirror which I love. Two people can use the mirror at the same time with no problem (if there is ever a case where that would be necessary).
Coin-op washers in the building, but to get to it you must travel outside. I just go to Sunderland Suds by Cliffside, which takes card and is fairly reliable.
