Living room, dining room, kitchen, front patio overlooking the water, and 2 bathrooms are shared space. Washer, dryer, dishwasher and other kitchen appliances. Off street parking. Woodstove and central heat. All utilities included in rent. Courteous, friendly household. LBGTQ+ friendly. Friendly dog and house cats who will gladly adopt you.

Who we’re seeking: students/professionals committed to co-creating a wonderful place to call home for the upcoming school year (and, potentially, beyond). This is likely to include: some shared time (e.g. occasional meals or morning coffee), consideration of others, taking good care of home, flexibility, communications and bringing your unique good energy to the household.

Who lives here: The house is shared with 2 other students (1 returning and 1 new) and the landlord (who is a local college staff member) . The home is a cheerful, nurturing home. All housemates are invited to participate in the mutual selection process. This opening had been rented since the spring, but the student we rented to will not be returning this semester.

Other details: This opportunity is available for a single person (not a couple) either a mid-August or a September 1 start. A car is essential. Housework is shared. ng.The property is non-smoking.
