My sister and I are looking to rent out some rooms in our family home, we are 10 minutes drive from Umass Amherst and 5 minute drive from Hampshire college. About a ten minute walk to a bus stop: R29 & 36.

Three bedrooms on the second floor, and one in finished basement. Rent for the rooms is attached to each photo.

First and last month, plus a security deposit equal to one month rent, due before moving in.

Utilities not included. - Tenants are responsible for electricity, gas, and snow removal.

Rent includes water, trash pickup, on site laundry, and good parking!
