Room or whole-unit Summer sublet. Flexible dates.

We are subletting our unit for the summer. It's a great spot for the season; on the bus route, within walking distance of downtown and campus. You have access to the common yard from the unit.

Week and monthly stays are fine.

Dates are flexible,... as we may live in the house for two or three weeks late July-early August.
