A private room in a 2 bedroom apartment available for late July (07/25 or after) or August move-in.

My name is Elijah and I am a 3rd year graduate student at UMass - Amherst. My current roommate is graduating in May, so I am looking for a long-term... graduate student roommate who is available for move-in in late July or August.

About Me:
I'm clean and tend to keep to myself. I cook a couple nights each week but otherwise spend most of my time either out (rock climbing) or in my room (reading, watching videos, or practicing piano). I very rarely have guests over, but don't mind if you do.

The Apartment:
The apartment 750 sq. ft and is a 2 minute walk from the nearest bus stop, which heads directly to the UMass campus. The apartment also has a parking lot with plenty of space if you have a car. Campus is ~15 minutes away by bus or car.

The common space is fully furnished. Laundry can be done in machines in the building, or at the laundromat just behind the bus stop.

Rent is currently $825/person/month and will increase to $837.50/person/month on September 1 2026.
Electricity is usually $60-$70/person/month in the spring, summer, and fall, and ~$120/person/month in the deep winter months. Wi-Fi is $10/person/month. All other utilities are covered.

No dogs or cats allowed
