Located 10 minutes from the center of Northampton, Smith College and Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Pearl Cottage is located in Historic Laurel Park.... Founded in 1872 as a Methodist camp community used during the summer months, Laurel Park is a special place where the past and present co-exist harmoniously. Pearl Cottage has been updated with modern conveniences, and is ideally suited for visiting scholar, graduate students, travel nurse professional.

Rental includes:
1st floor bedroom with Queen size bed, desk, lamp, small couch, clothing rack, dresser, private bathroom
1st floor bathroom includes both original clawfoot tub plus Turkish stone tile shower.
Kitchen features Brazilian granite counter, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, gas stove, 2 separate food pantries

Tenant has use of common areas on the first floor and shares kitchen. Please email with your questions. The owner has a separate living area on the second floor with full bath. An outdoor gazebo/grill allows for entertaining in warmer weather.

Terms: 1st month, last month paid in advance
$300 Cleaning deposit: fee will be refunded if cottage is cleaned before you leave
