We converted our living room into a bedroom, and it's currently occupied by an undergraduate female student.... The second bedroom is currently occupied by a female PhD student. We're very clean, easygoing, and have a regular lifestyle.

1. undergraduate girl in the living room likes mixing cocktails and usually hosts a small drinks night about once a month, inviting a few friends over. You're welcome to join if you'd like!
2. phd girl has a car and will go to groceries once a week, usually on Fri/Sat/Sun. You can have a free ride to groceries.

We hope you:
1. a tidy and responsible female tenant. After cooking, please clean the stovetop and wash dishes right away — no leaving them in the sink. Shared areas should be kept organized, and personal items shouldn’t be left around. Please keep the kitchen cabinets tidy as well. Trash duty rotates among housemates. After using the bathroom, especially after showering, please make sure it’s clean and free of hair.
2. have a quiet routine, especially after 10:00 PM. Activities involving sound — such as phone calls, listening to music, or watching TV — should be done in a way that doesn’t disturb roommates.
