Large Living Room in Rolling Green 2nd Floor Apartment, 2b1b (Shared Housing)

This is a 2b1b apartment on the second floor, with two PhD Chinese girls. We are looking for another girl who wants to live in the living room. We converted our living room into a bedroom (there is a partition between the living room and the... restaurant, but no partition between the bedroom and the door).


We're very clean, easygoing, and have a regular lifestyle. If you are moving in, we will have three people in total. One PhD girl has a car and will go to groceries once a week, usually on Fri/Sat/Sun. You can have a free ride to groceries.


Highlight of the room:
1. refurnished recently, very new.
2. one large balcony, good viewing, and good natural lighting.
3. rent fee includes everything. You only need to pay the internet fee (23.75/month).


We hope you:
1. a tidy and responsible female tenant. After cooking, please clean the stovetop and wash dishes right away — no leaving them in the sink. Shared areas should be kept organized, and personal items shouldn’t be left around. Please keep the kitchen cabinets tidy as well. Trash duty rotates among roommates. After using the bathroom, especially after showering, please make sure it’s clean and free of hair.
2. have a quiet routine, especially after 11:00 PM. Activities involving sound — such as phone calls, listening to music, or watching TV — should be done in a way that doesn’t disturb roommates.
