Near trails, streams, rivers, low-traffic biking. 20 min to Rtes 91 and 2, UMass, Greenfield, Deerfield; 30 minutes to Northampton.

Non-smokers only. No strong perfume- or chemical-users, please, as I live and work here when I'm not traveling and I'm chemically sensitive.

Rent includes lawn care, water, recycling. You pay for electric heat and hot water (average $75/mo, depending on your use and current utility rates), propane for stove (likely $100 per year or less), shared wifi ($25; the router is in the house), and trash stickers.

I require full reference and credit checks; and first and last month's rent and security deposit with signed lease.
