Hello beautiful people!

I am a female PhD student who occupies the living room space in my current flat. As my flatmates are graduating, I am looking for two quiet, respectful, and responsible female students (preferably PhD students) to join me on... the new lease starting from mid-August:)

This flat is a 1-minute walk to the bus stop and is located on the first floor of the building. The laundry room is in the same building (YAY!).

Non-negotiable rules:
1. Keeping the space quiet for studying and resting
2. No dirty dishes in the sink.
3. Cleaning the stove and counters after cooking.
4. Doing house chores on time and properly.
5. Helping in taking out the trash.
6. No parties or friends staying over (exceptions can be considered with coordination)
7. No walking with shoes inside the flat.
