You will have one roommate, but you have your own bedroom and bathroom.... Every utility bills are included in the rent. 1 minute walk to campus, and it fits with the summer researchers! You need to pay for the first and second rent before contracting. Fieldstone usually costs around $1700 so this is a huge discount for the potential residents (about $350)!!
