Presidential Apartments Summer Sublet
Looking for occupants to sublet an apartment to for Summer 2025.
Apartment includes 1 Kitchen, 1 Living Room, 1 Bathroom and 2 Bedrooms, and the property is managed by Kamins Real Estate. Lots of leftover furniture and supplies being left behind by... 4 generations of college students finally leaving this place for good.
The total billing is $1750 a month for rent, and variable electricity bill (~40$ average, but much higher if you use heavy utilities such as AC) and 60$ for internet. A lot for a single person, but if you split it amongst three people (as we currently are) things become much more managable.
Laundry facilities are a 1 minute walk away (literally next door.)
Interested renters will be asked to pay a security deposit equal to one months rent, whose return is dependent on the clean state of the apartment upon the end of the sublet.
Depending on your party size, we can negotiate partial renting (renting out a single room for use, etc.)
Rooms are different sizes. One is larger and intended for two as it has two closets, while a another is of relatively normal size.
