Summer Sublet (June, July - extension option) in beautiful furnished apartment
I am looking to sublet my room in a 3 bedroom apartment at 116 Flats in Sunderland for the months of June, July (option for move in starting May 17th ). There is a renewal option starting in August for the next school year (I'm not returning). The... apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with private bath. This room is closest to the entry and offers the most privacy (see floor plan).There is a shared kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a living area with a couch and TV, and a laundry closet as well. The apartment has central air and there is lots of free parking. The bedroom/bath is fully furnished with a large, comfortable bed, desk, and dresser, and the door locks for privacy. There is also a walk in closet. The complex is on the bus line to UMASS, and there is a gym, study areas, a dog park, pool room and lots of outdoor recreation areas for residents. The rent is $1000 a month plus utilities and $500 for May (if moving in then). Please contact me if interested - it's a great place to live for students or non students.
