North 116 Flats

Hi! I'm looking for someone to take up my lease for a room in a 2-room, 4-bed (2 beds per room) unit at North 116 Flats in Sunderland, MA. Although the room has 2 beds, no second roommate has moved into the room and move-ins for the next lease year... have started, so there is a very low chance that any new roommates will move into this room - I had the whole room to myself for the entirety of my stay! This means that you would be getting a full 2-bed room to yourself for half the price! The lease is from the month of move-in to September 2025.

The apartment is great - it's very close to UMass Amherst, where I studied. The bus stop is right at the entrance of the apartment complex, and the bus takes only 7-8 minutes to directly reach the center of campus. The apartment complex was recently built and is very clean and peaceful. There's a gym and lounge in the center of the complex, and there's many events where you can meet folks and get some free food.

The unit itself is furnished and is on the first floor, which makes move-in pretty easy. It's very clean and has a modern apartment design. There's a large living area which contains a big kitchen and a sofa with a TV. This area also has the in-unit washer and dryer. There's also a large sliding window facing outside. Then there are doors to the two rooms in the unit.

The room I'm reletting has no one staying in it, and there is almost no chance of receiving any additional roommates as move-ins for the next leasing year have already started. The room is very clean and spacious and has 2 walk-in closets with top-to-bottom mirrors. There's lots of drawers and storage space underneath the beds. The restroom is my personal favorite - it has a lot of space and has a bathtub. There are two sinks and a giant mirror outside the bathroom. The room also has two desks and chairs.

There are currently 2 female roommates staying in the other room in this unit. Both have kept the apartment very clean as well. There is no gender preference for the room I am reletting.

The relet price is $850 per month. This excludes electricity, which comes to a max of $15-20 per month on average. There is also a monthly renter's insurance fee of $13. The rest of the utilities are covered.

This room is a great deal - check it out and message me through this off-campus website if you're interested! I've kept a free pillow and some cleaning supplies for anyone who moves in :)
