Along with all these personal rooms you will also be sharing a living room and kitchen with only one other person. There are many amenities that are associated with this unit including a gym, a courtyard with a fireplace used for parties or other social gatherings, a recreation room that has a pool table, TVs, and couches, a dog park where you can take your furry friends for a nice time outdoors, and lastly a bus stop that is only a 3-4 minute leisurely walk away from the unit! This allows travel to all parts of Amherst including UMass and other key locations all for free! The current lease is not established for pets being in the apartment, but this is negotiable and only includes a small fee to allow pets in the unit.
